God Helps Uganda supports and accompanies war and AIDS orphans in Uganda.

We give children and young people a home, give them an education and help them build a more humane future. More than only social assistance, we want to convey hope. In a country where the people have suffered for two decades from the effects of AIDS and civil war, hope is a word with great importance. The insidious disease and inhuman civil war have not only left furrows in villages and families, but also in the hearts of those affected.

This is where we, as a diaconal social development project of the God helps Switzerland Foundation, want to step in: Based on the foundation of the Christian faith, we want to teach kids and teens that love is stronger than hate – and that hope wins.
